From Los Angeles to the World
The Evolution of Christine Sara Photography
In 2010, I opened my very first photography studio in Los Angeles, California.
I didn’t know then that my camera would take me across the world — into private estates, destination weddings, international cities, and some of the most intimate seasons of women’s lives.
Over the past 15 years, my work has brought me to Napa Valley, San Diego, Park City, Deer Valley, New York, London multiple times, and even Wales to photograph a wedding abroad. I’ve documented families across continents and had the honor of photographing clients through pregnancy, newborn seasons, and the evolution of their families over time.
One of the greatest privileges of my career has been witnessing generations grow — from maternity sessions to newborn portraits and beyond.
Photography isn’t just about images.
It’s about legacy.
It’s about preserving chapters that move far too quickly.
When I Moved to Utah, Everything Shifted
When I relocated from Los Angeles to Utah, my life and my artistry changed.
I expanded into destination boudoir and created Wild Woman Boudoir, a brand rooted in empowerment, confidence, and helping women reconnect with themselves. Boudoir became a powerful creative outlet, allowing me to photograph strength, vulnerability, and transformation in a deeply personal way.
But here’s something many people don’t realize:
Christine Sara Photography never closed.
I’ve always continued to photograph:
• maternity
• newborns
• motherhood
• families
• love stories
Those parts of my artistry never disappeared — they simply became quieter while I explored a new creative season.
Reinvention Has Always Been Part of My Story
In Utah, I designed and built a luxury studio from the ground up. Later, I transitioned into a location-free model, hosting boudoir retreats in national parks and destination locations.
Not many photographers make that leap.
But reinvention has always been part of who I am.
Today, Christine Sara Photography exists in two worlds.
I am a destination women’s portrait artist, traveling for select boudoir and empowerment sessions.
And I am also returning to something deeply meaningful — photographing maternity, motherhood, newborns, and families inside a beautifully lit studio space here in Utah.
Why Motherhood Photography Still Matters to Me
There is something sacred about maternity.
There is something timeless about newborn photography.
There is something irreplaceable about documenting a family in their current season.
My passion for this work never left.
It waited.
This Is Where I Am Now
Over the past decade and a half, I have photographed luxury, travel, weddings, empowerment, and legacy. I have worked internationally and locally, in studios and wild landscapes, with women rediscovering themselves and families growing together.
At the heart of it all, I am still the same artist who opened her Los Angeles studio in 2010.
I believe photographs matter.
I believe women deserve to feel powerful.
I believe families deserve to have their stories preserved with intention.
Christine Sara Photography is not starting over.
It is expanding.
If you are looking for a photographer who understands both bold transformation and tender motherhood — who has photographed around the world and still treasures quiet moments — I would be honored to create something timeless for you.
Now booking maternity, motherhood, and destination boudoir sessions for 2026.
This is not a comeback.
It’s a continuation.
